Bone & Muscle problems

A severe pain in the joints and muscles since 6 months.. Feels fatigue and weak.. I couldn't even lift my hands due to pain..

My father need to do knee replacement surgery. No any other way except surgery. But there are one problem. MRI CT scan reports results"septic arthritis possibility should be considered". As per that result, 1. How to solve septic arthritis? (give all suggestion to solve this) 2. After curing septic arthritis, knee replacement surgery is possible?

I have been suffering from constant pain in my right ankle since last two months. There is very light swelling but pain is constant while walking or running. Please advise.

I have been having knee effusion from past 1.5 years in both legs. I used many medications like D3,calcium,glucosomine sulphate. I undergone MRI scan to my knee and found observation like mild knee effusion and all other knee parts are fine.I took RH factor,anticcp,crp,esr blood tests and result is -ve.Could u pls help me ?

I have a injury in my ankle. It's 4th day now and after consultation with Dr with x_ray, its confirmed no fracture. However i still have the swelling and now have fever too with decrease in pain. I have a covern regarding fever. Is it the affect of ice pack application or there is any serious issue.
