First Time Back Pain from last 1 Week
I am a Young IT Professional having age 26 years. I recently shifted to a New House and was initially using a Mattress with more width. I started feeling pain within 1-2 weeks.I replaced my Bed Mattress with one having lesser width. With a New Job and New Home, I was feeling happy and excited but suddenly this Back Pain still hitting me a lot

LIE DOWN TAKE PROPER BREATHING THANTRY TO UPLIFT YOUR LEG UPWARDS, THAN  FOLD THEMAT KNEE JOINT COUNT ONE TO TEN AND WITH THAT TRY TO PRESS THE FOLDED KNEE ON ABDOMEN AND THAN CLINCH THEM WITH BOTH HANDS AND PRESS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN WITH COUNT ONE TO TEN. NOW GRADUALLY N SLOWLY RELEASE YOUR HAND N  STRAIGHT UP YOUR KNEES THAN LEGS BACK TO POSITION WITH NORMAL BREATHING. REPEAT THIS THREE TIMES AT A TIME IN MORNING BEFORE BREAKFAST AND BEFORE DINNER.. Actually u need to consult pain physician as soon as possible. You need to know actually what structure is generating pain .  Pain physician are post M.D. doctors trained and specialized to treat only pain
