Paralabral cyst in rt shoulder
Pain in lifting weights and throwing ball , a sudden jerk is experienced . normally , pain doesnt occur but when i try to lift something with my arm at 90 degree angle , it pains. i m 21 yrs old, whether i should go for arthoscopy or conservative treatment like some exercise or massage . pls suggest

U need to consult a good shoulder specialist.. as per ur note you have a paralabral cyst, paralabral cyst happens due to labrum tear.. As size of the cyst increase, it may compress on to the suprascapular nerve.. my advise for u will be to consult a good shoulder specialist for further treatment.
