Right leg knee pain

Constant back pain

I'be been getting back pain, mainly upper and center of the back since a year now. I started yoga in January and it helped but I had to stop going for classes from April onwards and now the pain is back. I had shelcal 500 for a month and again the pain stopped but returned after I stopped taking the supplement. It's more painful when I'm sitting.

Tailbone Pain from last 3 months

I'm experiencing tailbone pain since last 3 months. Consulted a doctor in Hydarabad & he gave "Trabest" & "Enzoflam" gel & some exercises. But, these are not able to help. I am also using doughnut shaped cushion for sitting (I have a straight 7-8 hours of sitting job). Pls recommend what should be my next steps
