Bone & Muscle problems

I have gone though lower distal femur surgery with implant of metal piece outside bone. but my knee movement is now limited to 90 degree. 3 months old surgery,doctor asked me to walk now with support. how to regain flexiblity. after 90 degree it feels knee is locked. it pain if i put pressure i have uploaded xray post surgery

Feel like a sprain in my back bone. I was trying to lift my baby(11 months) then suddenly felt like something was locked in my lower back bone. I had a normal delivery and had taken epidural for painless delivery. I am feeling the sprain/strain exactly the same place where I took the epidural injection. Now am unable to sit or bend forward.

I m facing really a worst hand shaking problem since last couple(5 r 6) of years and it is still getting worst day by day. Sometime it get worst like my whole body (specially legs) starts shaking and causes anxiety, sweating, stress n memory loss. Help It's my humble request please suggest me a right medicine or any other way to control this tremor

I have joints pain and my RA factor is 120 from last 3 years. I am taking medicine HCQS after consulting the physician from last one year but my RA factor is still 120. Sometime I feel pain in knee, wrist.

I am having a back pain since 2 weeks. It is in centre of my back when i move my hands i dont feel any hump or any sliding of bones. But I am not sure why it is still paining. I have been on a diet for about 10 weeks and have lost 2 stone and just recently I have started to get pains in my ribs, Majority of which are like aches but sometimes I get like a stabbing pain. I am thinking my frame my be changing but just wanted an experts opinion

I've been experiencing pain in my left leg in the upper region of my calf muscles, like something is pulling my calf muscles from both ends. It's started one year back when I was seating on my toes for few minutes during my dance class, that's when I first experienced it and it has never stopped.

When I was woke up in morning my left hand thumb and two fingers are felling like to be in cold blood(sleep) . It has been 20 days and there is no much improvement. My all the figures working well including these three but blood circulation is still poor for three fingers.
