I have neck sprain since 4 days. First day was painful I rested for 2 days it became fine on the 3rd day, but I turned my head for some reason and the sprain came back. Is there some exercise which will solve it ?

Hi, I had ulna mid shaft fracture 9 years back and but still I feel discomfort at that area and don't feel my fractured hand strong as compared to other hand. Sometimes I feel pan also that area and in winter discomfort is more. I want to know is this normal or I need to consult any doctor. If yes please suggest me some good orthopedic doctors in Chandigarh, Mohali region.

It started three months back. I don't have any difficulty walking. It's just when I bent or be in chair position, the upper side of both the knee caps pains. Pain is mediocre. I still go to play. Let me know what should to prevent the pain.

For how many hours does the effect of 'Dynapar SR 100 mg' tablet stay ? Patient is walking after joint replacement... taking Dynapar SR100 tablet twice a day.. just want to know whether the actual reason of pain is healed or patient is able to walk because of pain killer (Dynapar)
