Bone & Muscle problems

I have leg knee pains not continuesly ,suddenly it wil come both knees .My friends telling i put on weight ,but I don't time to do excersice.pls suggest.

I felt a shock of pain right away and it hurts to move the slightest bit. The only time it doesn't hurt is when I am laying on my stomach flat. When I try to lift my head my upper back, spine, shoulders, neck, and head hurt so much. What should I do?

3 months back when pains started X-ray taken shows age related degeneration of knee joint.she was asked to rest so we started aurvedic treatment as she was suffering from acidity and piles problem. Now she can walk 15 to 20 steps only in home by taking support of sliding chair. joint is jammed and pains. Blood report shows 3 types of artharitis.

It's been a week ago this past Tuesday, and I'm still in severe pain. I'm also Getting numbness in my right foot area. What do I do?

Started having pain in left buttock, then noticed it hurt from hip joint to close to rectum. Now I have a knot in that area. It feels like a pulled muscle . It is painful to sit. Is there a muscle there that does this?

I've been facing this problem since quite sometime. If I wear kneecap it will not swell. But without knee it creates some much of discomfort

My father 61 yrs young. 1) He is having regular leg pains.On presses & massages with or without/o oil,he feels relaxed & sleeps.This is more after lunch & dinner.If none is avbl to press & massage,he tries by himself to get sleep OR puts some pain killer/drinks eno to release gas problem if any. 2) on CT scan of rt. Foreleg ankle jt,hole&weak bone

Doctor do.x ray in my back..he asked some muscles are streched so there is problem while you sleep...he take.me some painkiller and muscle regarding medicine..bt there is no result...how much time take to recover from muscle strain in lower and upper back.

I sprained my ankle pretty badly 2 days ago. I waited a few minutes but I was able walk to my car and drive home (on my right foot). The swelling went down very much by the second day but is still there. I cannot yet put any weight on the foot without pain. How long until I will be able to hobble around for a decent amount of time to take a flight
