Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, Since the last 5,6 days, i am getting back pains early in the morning which is forcing me to wake up and doesn't allow me to sleep in any position. I have gained a lot of weight in the last few years as i have recently moved to my home after spending around 10 years outstation and my job forces me to continuosly sit in front of a computer for around 9 hours everyday. Can the back pain be due to this? After i wake up, the back pain is gone within just few minutes and i never feel it the whole day. But again the same thing happens the next day early morning. Please help.

Thumb area of my right foot has been numb from last night. A week back i had a pain on the same foot where a bone was paining and in the same foot although the pain is much less the numbness has started.

While doing exercise with dumbbell of 3 kgs got spains on right shoulder. Since 15 days the pain is going and coming. I am in pistol shooting sports and match will begin from tomorrow. Desperately need medication for the severe pain.

My elbow was fractured , there is surgery and it get joint but my hand movements is very painnig and I can't even bend my hand to mouth or straight it

During sleep under feet muscles gets contracted .I feel uneasy.Otherwise during daytime im fine but sometimes I suffer from muscle cramps.

Not able to walk or sit . Problem mostly concentrated at right side of lower back to thigh area not able to bend and pain is continues only relief while lying down on bed.

There is bitterness in my joint and bone it is not permanently but it is give a little shock type experience .

I couldn't rotate the left hand due to pain in the shoulder area and in elbow... Brain felt the pain..

Whenever i walk , i hear a crackling sound in leg joints . is it serious ? what is the solution to this ?

I got hit by a 20-pound weight in my back and my lower spine is now bruised. It is painful to move in certain ways. What does this mean?
