Bone & Muscle problems

Foot gout last June; Met 3-4 doctors, took Febutaz (20/40/80) but pain never completely went. Met a doctor in May, post that on Febutaz 80 daily, cut down Desi Ghee & Paneer, Etoshine-90 for 10days, daily running activity. Per doctor, Gout attack gone, some form of arthritis, not serious. Pain still happens for few seconds randomly everyday. Why?

Unable to sit crosslegged. Pain on the left side of the knee. pain has started in the last two months. No pain while walking

I had started running few days back for first few i did not had any pain but on 15th day of my running my knee pain started now the pain is unbearable i am not able to walk and stand as well the pain is just below knee cap.

My vit d level is 43 now after recording less than 3, 2 yrs back, pls let me know what is the max vitamin d should be in body and any supplement IU that I can take daily let me know daily vit d dose I can take to maintain it.
