Bone & Muscle problems

Accidently i get down from first floor and cause back pain. When i saw x ray there is a gap between two bone of spin. So how can i fill that gap? What should i do for permanent cure?

I am going to daily 5 to 6 time but I don't have any pain in stomachs but my right-side leg pain so plz tel me

I have pain in my left hand thumb joint just where it connects to palm. There is no swelling. The pain subsides as I put band around it. I have a similar mild pain on my right hand too. What could be the reason?

Last week I traveled and when I arrived my legs were very swollen. That night I slept with my legs and feet rised and the swollen went away. During this vacation I drank a lot and everything was fine until my return. This time my feet did not swelled up, but a day after I developed a pain on both ankles like a sore muscle and its hard to walk.
