I can understand your concern.
Firstly let me tell you that reactive arthritis is a condition which occurs in reaction to some underlying infection caused by certain types of specific bacteria.
So once that underlying infection is eradicated, the pain usually subsides.
The main problem however with this is remissions which can continue for upto 6 months intermittently. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
