Riyanka was detected with VitD deficiency ; initially it used to be wrist and finger pains; was given medication D3 60k and Evian LC and with 6 months of consumption , there has been no improvement. Now the pain is even more and she is taking painkillers. Latest test show VitD level of 9mg which was the same measurement 6 months back. Would you be able to suggest any alternative solutions. Also note that she has had milk intolerance since childhood.
