From last morning I m facing pain in my center bone . I had lift something after that I m facing this pain

Hello, i am a software engineer by prefession. i had suffured from radiating arm pain and neck stiffness for some 2 months in March and April.. I had taken pregaba tablets and some multi vitamin tabs as per orthopaedic suggestions. Also had gone physiotherapy and strengthening tera band exercise . Now since one month there was no pain, but sometimes it re occurs slightly in arm and while sleeping i wont feel comfortable if i sleep side wise. please suggest

I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain and stiffness for 2 months. doctor says it may ankolise spondylytis.i have taken many medicine prescribed by doctor but there is no sign to reduce the pain and stiffness.what should i do? i heard that this disease doesn't cure fully is it? so will i be crippled? please advise

Ok so I'm 16 and an athlete. Last year, i started having pain in my ankle while running and I just put on a brace. This year it came back and i went to orthopedic and they said to get insurts bc i want on the inside of my feet. I did but then my knee hurt as well. It seems to be ok now, but when I workout or stand a lot, it's terrible. Help
