Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, I'm experiment extreme pain in my right ankle these days since almost 2 months. I'm female aged 50yrs. My weight is 78kg. Please advice.

Pain in lower back left side and pain when travelling in ricshaw when there is bump or speed breaker and knee joint pain.

I'm suffering with heel pain since 2/3 months . I get my uric acid tested which is 5.4 (normal). Earlier it happened only in morning ,when i moved 5/6 steps it got relieved . But now even i sit and get up it pains . Day by day condition is getting worse .

I was run regularly but last 3 yrs I cannot run even I feel pain when I walk, clamb stairs or If I run. This pain having since 3 years. I visited many hospitals like Gangaram (Delhi), Safdarjung hospital, Subharti Hospital Meerut. As usual they advised me some exercises and given medicines but no improvement. Pls help!! :(

Dear Sir/Mam, I have been suffering from heel pain like anything.Its been a month since my right leg heel is paining like anything..After consulting a doctor he said check uric acid but the report is negative I have a normal report ifueuc acid. Don't know what is wrong .Everyone is saying different things please can you pls suggest me what could be the reason of this pain..??? Waiting for your reply ..

I am 36 years of lad,last Saturday I was playing a match after 9 months for my office team however while playing my upper part of right leg's knee lost the balance and felt like dislocated while running. The upper knee shifted little towards right side and I fell down in pain. Now I have a swollen knee & can't bent it cause of pain. Please advise.

A senior member in my home was prescribed bone mineral density test. I stay in chennai. I need good diagnostic centers doing this test.
