I slipped and fallen on ground and resulted in knee pain. Not much swelling. However pain is there. I applied Volini but pain is still there

Actually I met Mr. Ashwin kasthuri for knee pain.. He suggested 10 days physiotherapy..done that physiotherapy.. Last one month back.. On that time Knee pain also fine.. Now again start that pain... What I have to do.. Plz give best solution to me as early as possible...

I have severe pain in the bottom of the foot. Early in the morning, I will struggle for 2 to 5 minutes to walk normally. Also once I sit for more than an hour and start later start walking it hurts a lot. With out any soft heel below my feet I can't walk comfortably. This struggle happens everyday.

I was doing intense workout like jumping jacks and cross jumps with bare foot. After that i have these knee pain in the back side and side of knee also and under the knee cap area also. Now I'm having pain in thigh area to hip... I have not consulted a good doctor till now.
