I met an accident about 1 months ago. MRI done which suggest that ''Increase signal intensity in the body of the posterior part of the medial meniscus extending between articular surface. Suggestive of its tear. There is also tear of the root of the medial meniscus. Also tear of anterior root of the lateral meniscus.''

Actually my right hand Central bone very paining so how to stop it , after massage increase the pain

I've back pain since last 1 year but now a days its increasing. And my weight is decreasing day by day, so I want to know what can I do.

Lumbar pain since last 10 days continuous,no relief from pain , I take some medicine from our local area doctors but no relief in pain , what can I do now

My left hand was aching and i consulted doctor in mar. as Doctor advised i have gone through blood tests and X ray. Its found that vitamin deficiency. D vitamin 11.3 and b vitamin 182. I have been told to take shelcal 500 mg a day for 3 months. I took it for 3 months. Still my left hand is aching sometimes. Please let me know what to do. thanks
