Having a pain in the left hand shoulder and arm from last 20-25 days. sometime even there is pain the wrist

Severe pain in the right knee from the past 15 days. Not able to stand becoz of the pain. Muscular pain in both legs. Suffering from gout and im on medication for bp and uric acid ( tab tazloc 40 for bp and tab zyloric for uric acid and thyronorm 125 for thyroid)...i am 66 yrs old lady.
