What should be the max. daily IU intake for vitamin d please suggest any regular supplement for it, had vit d less than 3 but now 42 but what it to maintain good as i have muscular pain in calf n back with slight knee pain, please tell value to IU and good daily supplement for it

6 mnth baby collar bn brk
My 6 month old baby fell from bed and broke his collar bone. X-ray report showed that collar bone is broken from middle. I visited orthopedic doctor, he just apply a cotton tape around neck and hand to prevent the hand from being straight. He said that nothing else needs to be done and it will automatically heal. Please guide.

Postop tibialnailing with delayed Union
Got fracture tibia+fibula left knee in RTA 4 mnths back operated by tibial nailing. Recent x-ray shows delayed union. Now suggested for screw change.should I go for that or wait and undergo for grafting.
