Disc Prolapse L4-L5, L5-S1
I've been suffering from disc prolapse & first went to consultation on 2007 & took anti-biotics & from feb'17 took ayurvedic massage therapy as from jan, i felt numbness in my left leg, now, I'm having severe pain in entire lower back to full left leg when I stood up, unable to turn from side to front while sleeping, plz suggest permanent solution.

You will need an uptodate scan to look at the present appearance of the disc and any nerve root compression. Once the scan is done then further treatment can be planned. Your symptoms suggest that you have nerve root compression secondary to recurrent disc prolapse. In the meantime try painkillers, ice packs on back and stay mobile.
