  4. Knee and lower back pain. Me a solution.

Knee and lower back pain
I have pain in my knee from last 6 months. Due to which now my lower back also pains. I removed an X-ray and it was fine. But still don't know what's the issue. This injury happened 6 months back when I was playing cricket. Before that I never had any pain issues. Please give me a solution.

I think it's a muscular issue. So your x-ray won't show anything
