Bone & Muscle problems

Since couple of week I have been suffering from backache and neck pain. I work for IT Company and I am 36 year old man. Everyday I travel upto 20km up and down.

First of all sore throat , Night fever and sweat,loss of apetitate,body ache, leg swelling,left side leg is hard to move ,difficuty to sleep and awake. Then bacteria is seen in urine then mantoux test is send. ESR is raised. Calcium is decrease than normal.

On Saturday while I was leaving for work.... I felt a sudden pain in my knee and was unable to leave.... Ever since then I've not been able to bend my knees.... I've tried massaging, hot water, and pain relief spray. Nothing seems to relieve the pain

Headache since last six years..underwent shoulder dislocation surgery in 2013.of late the intensity has increased with the neck pain probably inciting the headache.it originates from the back of skull nd travel is to the front head.have started having lower back pain too since last two years.

I am 31 year old and femail. I'm suffering since 1 year . If I sit & stood up it is severe I am consult orthopedics 6 months back he suggested some exercise.

I have constant pain in my ankles.It increases when I walk suddenly after long sit.Running and skipping activities make the pain more .

Playing football today I went in for a tackle and my foot cracked with the impact... it almost immediately started to swell and was very sore to walk on... I have been to minor injurys and I was told it was soft tissue damage, however I'm not compleatly satisfied with this as I've now began to feel sick with the pain and it is getting worse...

History of partial dislocation is twice. Both time had moderate joint effusion. Mri shows patellar instability due to trochlear dysplasia. Doctors says it is mpfl tear by seeing images from x-ray and mri. Can do basic normal activities now(happened in may 29). What is d treatment for this? Should I go for surgery or non operative treatment. Pls adv
