My right side of the body, nerve and bone issue, i met with an accident one and half month ago, it was hairline fracture of the right leg toes and ankle, inspite of getting it dine rhru ortho, the right pain has severe swelling and i just cnt walk.. If i walk, its super painful, antibiotics making me miserable, my back is hurting

I met with an before 5 yrs that time I started to get a back pain then I took Ayurveda treatment and later on I was fine but still if I drive bike or car I started to get a pain and also during mensuration time pain will be more . Left cheekbone feels bruised
I didn't hit it on anything, no discoloration, there's nothing wrong with my teeth. It's not under my eye, it's closer to the ear. Sensitive to touch only. I can't find anything else out of the ordinary except for the pain

Post acl surgery.
It's been 26 days of my ACL RECONSTRUCTION using hamstring autograft and partial meniscectomy. Still I am not allowed to put any weight on my leg and straight knee brace is tied to my leg full time. My operated legs calf size and rigidity is reduced drastically. Swelling is still there. Physiotherapy is on. Is that normal. What can I do??
