Swelling under arm and pain on bone
I hv mild swelling under arm which is painless.
Other arm pit i hv no swelling but bone under arm is paining whenever i touch
What could be cause? And remedies?
I have vitamin d deficiency. Last checked was in the month of june. With vitamin d reading as 10.
Pls guide on this.

Twisted her knee while walking got swelling around knee..twice same happened in past 2 years ..applied ointments (moov) and covered via crepe bandage it has been a week x-rays r fine. Now swelling around foot joint is also there and swelling around knee is less.
