My mom is suffering from severe knee pain. And I see a bit of swelling as well. Can anyone help me out in visiting a correct doctor?

I have more weakness everytime and some joint pain . i am 25 year boy. but i feel like a very old man. i think there is also an problem in degestion. so tell about any blood test or other test to know about all problem. and my weight go down from 2 monthes. it comes down 61 kg to 58kg.

Constant pain in left knee and sometimes in my left elbow and some swelling especially in knee . I didn't get any strain or injury

I have redness and swelling on my right foot which is prominent and on left foot very slight. But at both feet its at the same place. Also it's after dnc procedure i under went on 24 july and im having this swelling since 28 july but initially it wasnt bothering me so i thought it might be due to exercion. There is no itching but pain is there. I have applied volini moov and taken ultracet but pain goes for sometime but comes back when medicine effectiveness is over. Is there a possibility of NMDVT? I have a medical history of vasculitis in 2007 to 2010 and my doctor didnt gave me any blood thinners after Dnc. Im attaching image of the more affected feet. I have joined swimming classes (beginner) since the past week. My lower back has stiffened and I have pain when I bend. Since the past few days I am using pain relief (moov) spray to alleviate the pain but to no avail. This has been there since the past 5 days. Should I skip the classes or is this natural due to wrong body posture while swimming (stiff body) ? Will it go away with time as I presently have corrected my posture while swimming?

Having severe pain below Right breast, in the right rib cage.. Feeling very painful while sneezing & doing work.. I dont have fever, nausea etc...I am feeling it may be costochondritis.. Kindly provide the medication for this case.

Checked Diabeteis and cholestrol it is under control, checked xray, visited bone doctor he told to go to physiotheraphy
