Sudden pain in lower back right side
Hi, I woke up and found that I've little pain in lower back right side 3 days ago. It increased over the period of time and now I am suffering from continuous pain, when I'm sitting or walking. What to do?

Apply ice pac..Ointment...bed rest & consult ortho surgeon..thanks
