Sir after my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY. The medication provided is bonebase and multiscan. Each tablet once in a day. Mistakenly I had taken two bonebase tablets at a time. What should I do now??

I have been going through this pain for last 1 year also recently taken vitamin d and vitamin B12 test itlook to be deficiency vb12 is 200 and vitamin d is 13 which supplement to use

I have pain in my lower back and it spreads to my buttocks and upper thighs. I've tried stretching and it just hurts too much. It hurts when i get up and when i move mostly. I still have pain if im sitting though. it's been going on for about 3 or 4 days

I experience lower back pain only when I sit in particular way or sleep etc. I tried putting move cream. It dint help. I cannot sleep facing right, it pains. I have been having pain since 2 days. I travel a lot.

I have been facing groin pain since last 6 months, I pulled a muscle while playing cricket. I did consult a doctor 1 month back but i still get the pain when i go to play n run. What should i do next? I don't get the pain while walking but when i play the pain becomes unbearable. Please suggest.

Can i cure them from pilates and stretches and by strengthing the thigh and abductor muscles ?...here is a pic too..as i dont want to go for surgery...

I have severe pain in the cervical area which is extended towards my left shoulder and left arm. I am unable to lay down or sleep because of the extreme pain whom should i consult and what should i do on an urgent basis?
