Suffering from L5-S1 disc problem for last 2 years.Is there any treatment possible without surgery?

Dear sir My name is jai ganesh now I am stay in hell palace I have back pain this pain was 4 year

I keep getting sudden unbearable lower back aches. Its more like a sprain. Its somewhere near the spine. Every time I bend a lil' I get the sudden pain which is why I get scared of bending. There is no swelling too. I used to get it before too but it stopped for abt 5months and now it is back. Pls help P.S.I'm 17 yrs old n I have no weight issues.

My right leg feels more heavier than left leg. I have a feeling of muscle cramp from my waiste area till toe.

My brother has got a right anklw fracture and a small crack in the bone.doctors are suggesting minor surgery.plz suggest as we dont want to operate we just want to have a plaster which can heal the injury

Hi My mother is having constant knee joint pain and constant swelling. Not able stand and walk properly.

There is like a bubble that builds up near the bottom of my left knee, and it pops after I do a butt kick. The "build up" kind of hurts. When I do squats, there is like a weird "slip" in my left knee, but not in the right knee. When I'm sitting, there are random times of sudden and sharp pain in the upper part of my left knee.

I had a sprain in my feet about one month ago. The swelling is not there. No problem in walking either. But upon pressing a bit I can still feel the pain. What should I do.

I have below symptoms: - Locking sound in knee - Pain in knee - Uncomfortable feeling while walking or standing I am 32 yers old
