Ankle twist
I twisted my ankle last night, now there is swelling on my right foot. It's aching too much and I am not able to walk properly.

An X-ray of the ankle is required to rule out a fracture. If there is no fracture, only a ligament injury, even then you may need some immobilisation for a few days for the tissues to heal. Consult an Orthopaedic surgeon.
