Bone & Muscle problems

It's very difficult to walk out of bed early morning. Feel like somebody is passing current in the back bone. But fortunately my legs are not in pain. The pain goes away as day progressed. But the feeling occours suddenly while twisting, jerking for a little while. Sometimes I feel the pain in the waist. Thank you.

I have been suffering from sever pain in meck amd shoulder from last 1 month..I thought it was because of my tall height and wrong posture and i have takeen muscle relaxant for 15 days, hot water bag therapy everyday but still i am struggling for recovery..
