Is there ever a cure for disc bulge. Can it get back into its normal position. Doctors say a bulge cannot return back to its original position. I have a mild bulge and I am worried.

Grade 2 tear of anterior horn & body of letaral miniscus is not reaching upto articular cartilage.
Partial tear of fibers of anterior circiate ligament ( 20% to 30 % fibers involving)
