Bone & Muscle problems

I had an accident 20 years back and had hurt(bone injury)my ankle , had got that plastered and it was all okay and 10 years back again i had an accident and hurt my same ankle but this time it was muscle injury. Now a days with little stress my leg swells and i feel pain. Did x-ray and found my talus bone is tilted which is causing my leg to be little curve and short by 1cm in comparison to the left leg. I have done and MRI and all is found to be okay. What shall i do next to get this corrected.

After running for week now I am feeling pain in interior side of knee but knee joint seems to be allright as it is having all the movement without pain But I am feeling problem in walking and unable to run

My uric acid level on 2nd of may was 10.6 for that i take febustat 80 mg for 2 months and i again check my uric acid level on 2 july which comes to 4.1 and i stopped taking medicine but i keep experiencing pain in my ankles today i again done test and it comes 10.4...whats the reason behind it...kinly help

Mu uncle fell from a chair...he hurt is back 8 days back...he is unable to walk properly...pain is under control...he is taking Enjoflam SV MRI of LS spine was done...reports attached...
