Bone & Muscle problems

This sort of problem is from last 2 years. I have attached x-ray copy to it. There is more pain and can't walk straight. Operation is not affordable to me. Please suggest permanent medicinal solution.

Yesterday night i got my leg twisted while walking. I can see little swelling and it pains while walking. Please suggest the medical attention required for this.

MRI result says Small hypertropic spurs are noted in the interior margins of some vertebral bodies Multilevel disc desiccation is demontrated from l2-l3 down to l5-S1 L1-L2 and l3-l4 show mild diffuse posterior disc bulge without significant spinal canal compromise

My mom (48) fell and now she is having a huge bulge or accumulation of soft material around her knee. She is not able to move and has a lot of pain when she walks. We got the X Ray done but there is nothing with the bone. Suggestions on how to cure will be appreciated as it's been 1 month.

Little swelling is there on the feet. It pains little while walking. gap has become between the two toes.
