I recently got my vitamin tests done and my vitamin D3 levels are low (vitamin d, 25 - hydroxy, serum) to be at 59.40 nmol/L It was low earlier too and i was taking calicerol for last 6 months once a month. Can you suggest what D3 supplements I should be taking?

I had slipped and injured my elbow last week. There was inflammation. I had put ice pack but after 4-5 hours of injury. Before that I had just applied moov spray on that area. It had subsided. But now it has again started paining and my hand feels weak and pains if i move it.

I have a back problem since 9 months. My L4-L5 disc has been degenerated, there is an annular tear and disc has been bulged out. I have a lot of pain in my back. earlier it used to be just lower back pain now middle back pain have also started. I am doing regular exercises. I am seeking for an opinion to get the solution and reason for the same.

I was admitted with severe pain in my knee about one month back. MRI report reveals that there is a Medial meniscus Grade II tear. Some doctors have advised me to undergo surgery for the same while some doctors say that surgery should be avoided as far as possible. I was given some injections and medicine but the pain is still there. Kindly advise if surgery is the solution for my case.

I have a sensitive pain in my front thigh. Whenever I touch it it's really sensitive and sore. Feels like I have bruised it but I clearly haven't because there is no bruise. It's really hard to put all my weight on one foot aswell.
