I am 24year old female having knock knees problem even though weight is less so legs looks very thin . please suggest me any knock knees braces

I had a tibial surgery recently on 2nd august they inserted rod till now approximately 1 month completed I cannot stand yet erectly i feel like the rod hits the knee from inside so I just want to is that problem temporary and what to do for that so that the rod should not hit the knee some tips on that like any exercise etc.. Please help..

I think I dislocate my right shoulder joint , every thing in fine forearm and arm . Able to move . No brushing around the shoulder area accept pain . I have try to relocate shoulder joint via kocher's method ... but nothing.. maybe I'm doing it wrong .. any suggestions?

Pain in wrist,knees and shoulder,the ra factor is 100 and pain is unbearable at times,pain subsides with analgesic medicines difficult to move joints.

Hello I have been taking injections of hymovis in my knee. The orthopedic told me I have a tilted knee cap which is causing the issue. I'm 25 and very active. I have cut down a lot in the gym but still get pain. Would it be effective to take hyaluronic acid pills? Or is it ok to take them orally along with the injections I receive?

I had a bike accident on 27-Aug. Due to accident my shoulder got dislocated. I want to know whether dislocation is caused by ligament tear and how long will it take to get my shoulder alright?
