My right knee is paining since 2 years. Iam taking ayurvedic medicines know If leg strains then knee pain is severely paining. Please tell me any remedy for this.

I did intense dance training for 6 hours on Saturday and Sunday using a special prop that requires your arms. By Monday my biceps hurt whenever I moved my arms or extended them.
