Bone & Muscle problems

I am having pain in my left knee. If I sit constantly and get up while walking i feel pain in the left knee and it takes a while to walk normally again

My right hand elbow has been dislocated on the date of 26th Jun 2017 and same day local doctor plaster my right hand .After 21 days plasrer is removed and suggest me to do some exercise so i have done exercise but till date only 25% hand is movable.kindly guide us how time take to cure my hand

My one leg has became shorter than the other ,only the area between my knee and hip is shorting and there is pain in my hips

Hello there, 3 weeks ago i was working out & did some lifting i was totally fine energized and active. After 15 minutes if not more i started to have a slight pain in my lower back on the right side & I put warm pads for the whole week but didn't get any better.. it lasted for 3 weeks pain goes today come back tomorrow if something slight happens

Yesterday, while at gym doing shoulder stretch exercise, I just took 15kg dumbbell in both hands but as soon as I picked dumbbells,my left neck could nt allow me to do exercise and I immediately put dumbbells down. Now also whilemoving head or shoulders, feel tightened nerves like situation in my left neck above back. What do I do? Balm didn't help

I felt down couple of months before hitting down on the wall and got hurt on the tip of my right shoulder or you could say the top of my arm .... its just few months that the pain started and it goes on for couple of hours with no medication working depending just on yoga and exercise to kill the pain. I need a permanent solution.

Pain in right hand fingers, unable to curl or straighten. Left hand index finger pain. Happening since last night

I felt my knee twist while playing volleyball. the pain subsided immediately but there were movements wherein I can feel slight pain. It has been 2 days since the incident and I still don't have swelling or bruising anywhere in my knee, but I can still feel slight pain on certain positions and instability in my knee.

Yesterday I felt down on bike, back ache from left side some muscular swelling I felt it on my hand Please suggest what I can do

My mother's left leg has been swelling for many months with unbearable pain (thumb & fingers). Went to many doctors. Got MRI done. The recent one said she has arthritis. The medicines they prescribed are neither removing the swelling nor the pain. She doesn't walk much or stand & is mostly resting these days. Yet the swelling & pain won't go away.
