85 years adviced to do rotar cup injury cut repair whether alternative treatments available for this problem other than surgery

I am 23 male, i have a pain in right knee when i give pressure on that knee. But I had deficiency of Vit D3 for which I have taken medications since 1 and half months. Yesterday night I consumed some alchohol(whiskey) and from today morning my hands are paining. but not knee(if i dont give pressure)I have done a uric acid test 1year ago it was 6.2.

My knee swells and it becomes problem for me to bend or walk. The swelling is after every 10 days. The knee hurts even if I'm sitting on chair.

I twisted my foot today morning while playing football. The foot is swollen badly and pains like anything. I'm even unable to walk.

My dad has pain in his hand (Plam & tennis elbow,) & leg joints. He is having diabetes. When he fold his fingers it pains a lot.

Sir 10 days back , I suddenly step on coconut piece , then my feet is changed blood clot on small area , but yesterday my friend is checked with pin then inside is nothing in feet but it is paining what to do

Ankle surgery done for trimaellor fracture and plate inserted in fibula and screws fixed on ankle joints on 22-Oct-14. Is it right time to remove implants. As such I have no issues and pain. Only marginal swelling and have weak leg as compare to other leg. Please advise.
