Hi there
As per report provided, it's clear that there are certain degenerative changes in her lumbar spine and there is appearance of disc bulge at all the levels of lumbar spine, which further can compress the nerves supplying to different leg muscles and leads to pain and tingling sensation in legs. Because of these changes in spine surrounding muscles goes in spasm and gets tender further assisting compression of nerves. Mild scoliosis is also visible which can be because of lying in bed in wrong posture. You can try physiotherapy treatment for relieve in pain and further management of the condition.
