Pain in the muscles of my upper arm
In 2012, I closed the window of a bus when the bus was moving. At that time I got severe pain in my arm muscles, because the window was very rigid and was very difficult to close. But I pressed it very hard in order to close it. Now also I am getting severe pain in my upper right arm. The pain in my upper right arm is very similar to the pain of being stabbed by a knife. PFA MRI images of my right arm performed on 29th August 2017. Kindly suggest if there is any tear in the triceps muscle of my right arm.

With only 2 images, that too in only one plane -coronal, it's difficult to diagnose a muscle tear. Please upload more images in all 3 planes or just uploaded the reports.
