I'm experiencing pain in my muscle on the upper arm bone since the past couple of days. How do I know that it's not a ligament injury ?

Pain in upper arm can arise from a pathology of the shoulder or neck as well. so a clinical examination is essential to find the origin of pain. I recommend that you see an orhopaedic surgeon for the same.
