  4. Pain in upper left arm. Major ailment.

Pain in upper left arm
I am 64 year old. For over 2 years I am getting pain in my upper left arm, sometimes the muscles become very hard. The pain increases in the night. I am diabetic for over 20 years, Beside diabetes I have no major ailment.

It might be a symptom of disc problem in neck or with one of shoulder muscle
