Hello dear Keeping your age in mind and your symptoms you are possibly suffering from scapular dyskinesia and your rotator cuff muscles of shoulder are weak. This further on is causing compression on the exiting nerves in the axilla leading to symptoms in your hand as well. I need a few more answers though to make a definite impression: 1. How long has the pain been there? 2. Have you had previous neck pains too? 3. Does the pain get worse at night? 4. Is overhead activity more difficult? 5. Do you get dizziness/vertigo? 6. Has your grip got weak? 7. Additional symptoms like hairfall, acidity, fatigue, cramps, loss of memory? If you can relate with the questions above, please get back to me with the answers and any investigations reports if you have. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
