My mom's leg got broken yesterday and they did a surgery for her and they used hardware and they said she had to lay for 10 days can you give me some suggestionabout how she can go to the washroom or brush her teeth when she can't even move her leg

My Knee, for some reason all of a sudden started to have pretty bad pain. I wasn't doing any physical activities, I was just sitting down on my chair and got up to stand, but when I tried to sit down, my knee started to hurt pretty intensely when I bend it near to 90-degree angle. I didn't hit it or touch it, I just simply stood up and sat back down, and there came an intense pain in my knee.

She sat on my hand and my small finger bent backwards. One of the adults near me gave me ice and some cooling gel. It's still sore near the bottom of my finger though. It's still swollen near the bottom of my finger. I can't bend it like I can do with all the rest of my fingers. Everytime I move my hand it hurts my finger. I don't know if Ive broken or sprained it.
