Bone & Muscle problems

From yesterday left side of my neck is paining and unable to move head to right side due to that.No swelling till now.

Hey Dr. I'm 18 year old and I'm tired of the insecurity of having knocked knees( genu valgum). I honestly do not want to undergo surgery. My knees bent inwards and sometimes cause pain if I walk for a while . I tried googling some non- surgical procedures and I came across some exercises but for me they do not seem to work .. Or maybe it's because I don't have professional assistance to guide me. I really need help and advice as to how I could get knock-knee correction.

I had a femur bone surgery 3 months back, ever since that, I am under continuous physiotherapy, doctors have yet not asked me to walk full weight bearing but when I walk with the help of a walker, my waist isn't stable i.e my walk is not normal it used to be. Is this permanent? What can I do?

I have pain in both hip. In left hip pain is more than right hip. Please help to tell me what is written in my mri report.

Impression: MRI reveals Chronic partial tear of ACL with buckling posterior. Small chronic grade 3 tear in the Posterior horn of medial meniscus reaching to the inferior meniscal surface.

I don't know when it started but my knee sometimes feels like there's pressure or like air in it so i put my hand on my knees and pop it. It happens to both knees, it never hurts or anything, it just makes a loud pop sound and everyone who here's it, thinks there's something weird about it. Also my elbows do it to when my hand is laying on a surface and when I bend it you can feel my bones grinding.

I have back pain since 4 months when i use tablet i will feel relief after 1 week again it pains at that time i cant sit down by stretching my legs forward and i cant bend down completely.

Pain in right foot near middle finger area. My leg is polio effected. It is hit by some kitchen utensil 3_4 days ago.

From two days on wards i have a pain under knee. Because of this pain i am not sleeping well.
