Bone & Muscle problems

I play high school football. A few weeks ago I got hit on the high arm bone with a helmet during a game. It was painful and bruised. Today, at practice it got hit, and I noticed a knot on the bone itself. Is this an indication of a cracked bone? I have pain straightening and bending my arm.

I'm working on computer for 6-8 hours.I feel numbness in my hands. Tingling arises sometimes and starts to pain occasionally.

Hello, I am having a small part of the rib bone under the collar bone (right hand side). It seemed to be elevated compared to the other rib areas and therefore is making me feel uncomfortable. I am not sure what to make of it therefore I have attached my x-ray report as well as the digital copy. Kindly let me know the treatment to this or how I should go about this problem. Sir my wrist got fractured 7 yrs ago and after that i lost its flexibility.Even i consulted many doctors and they asked me to do exercise but no improvement.

My mother is on medication of arthritis from many years. We have changed our doctor 9 months back. With this new doctor she was feeling better and her health condition was also good. Now her condition is back to early stages were she has tremendous pain of Frozen shoulder and joints. It's been many years we are taking medication however there is no improvement in her health. Please suggest us what should we do in order to overcome this.
