Bone & Muscle problems

I am 60 and exercise every day by walking briskly for about 2 miles, 100 pelvic floor 3 to 4 times a week and back strengthening exercises 3 to 4 times a week. However when i sit for more than 20 minutes either on the sofa, feet up or down, or at a desk, I stiffen up and it can be very painful to move in my lower back and legs. Is this just age related ?

I have a few questions regarding pain and swelling in my knee due to prior injuries. I previously tore my acl ligament about 10 years ago. Undergone 3 acl suregry but knee not bending beyond 25 degree. Got infection after 1st surgery them doctors did two debrriedment surgery

I've been diagnosed for ankylosing spondylitis and have been taking etorvel 90mg for 2 months as it is a NSAID my doctor consult led me to take it regularly for 1month and then again for 20 days. Now I m taking it alternate days because it is a pain killer and may cause harm in long run..... I m also Prescribed with folitrax 7.5mg once in 8 days...... I suffer from diabetes and BP and have been taking medication for same. NSAIDS reduce hemglb So is taking alternate dose of etorvel 90mg fine?

I have fallen down by my foot faving from a height of approx 2 stairs and foot totally crumbled. It is swalling also. Mainly nerves are sweeling and pain in nerves.

Hello, I was operated for ACL reconstruction and medial meniscus removal(3mm) in 2011 August. Things were absolutely fine till now but on 4th sep 2017,suddenly while coming downwards to stairs , forgot the step and there was a twist and i fall down. I am not able to walk and there is a limping. MRI shows partial tear of ACL and one of the doctors told to go for ACL surgery once again. Please let me know if surgery is really needed in this case ? Will physiotherapy not help in getting he problem fixed ? MRI reports are attached.

Hi, I met an accident around 4 years before and my fingers in right leg got fractured. Then I under gone for an operation and fingers get it placed. But even after such type of operation still 2 of my fingers not in normal position, looks like slightly misplaced. Not much pain but when I walk more or when i play it will pain for some time still. So can you advice me what would I do now.
