I had a grade 3 ligament year in right ankle about 16 days ago. The ankle was swollen and I applied crepe bandage, cold packs and took ample rest. I was in bed for last 16 days and now the swelling and pain has subsided quite a bit. But I still cannot walk and there is some pain and swelling when I keep the foot down for long times. 1. How much longer do you think it will still take for me to be able to walk? 2. What all should I do now? Any hot/cold packs, any exercise, medication, POP cast

I fell from a scooter today. i fell left ways and i couldnt stand up or move for sometime.it felt like my knee was rotating or giving away. i could later move without any problem i could bend,flex and straight raise my leg without pain. but i could not get off a scooer from the left side. even now i have zero pain. what do you think has happened? there is no swelling. but i still feel like my knees are giving away.

I closed my pointer finger in the door 2 days ago and I am not sure if it is broken because part of it is still numbs. Should I go to the doctor?

Yesterday while riding bike all of sudden one dig came,, so i applied brakes, my bike went inside and came out, bike was about to fell down but i balanced, but my left hand wrist is having severe pain. now its swollen near wrist and not able to move my hand. went to doctor he did x-ray and did plastering.he told it will take 3-6 weeks to recover. is plastering is really required. if any other remedies please mention i want to recover fast

My spouse having knee , ligament surgery in June from which till date knee bending only resulted up to 30 degree only...Unable to understand after regular physiotherapy not getting proper result, her age is 32.

23 year girl.Almost a year ago,my left feet started slippin and i couldnt stand or walk normally. I thought it was sprain. After some days i started getting shooting pain frm left feet to hip as if nerve twisted. Slowly pain behind right knee, lower back pain also started from 6 months. Im unable to stand, walk, bend my knee or back or even sleep.

What kind of screw is best advisable by the doctor? Is biodegradable screw fine?

Sir i have bow legs since childhood. I don't feel pain or any sort of discomfort but due to cosmetic purposes i want to cure my problem. Is there any solution except surgery?

My father (age 73 )had knee replacement surgery 5 months b4.he is also suffering from numbness in feet.wen he walk he feels uneasy after some distance and have to sit for 2/3 minutes. MRI scan has been done.v approached Drs they recommended spine surgery but he is not ready for that. Pls suggest any alternative treatment..

Having heel pain for a month which has become severe now a days. The pain is at its peak when I sit for sometime and then when I stand up. My weight does not have any fluctuations.
