Bone & Muscle problems

I've having this pain suddenly without any reason. I don't know why. Maybe because I sit too long or because I stand for long period.

My vitamin d has dropped to 8 (25hydroxy vitamin d test) Can this cause weight loss ?

I've been experiencing a lot of clicking and popping sounds in my knees. It is more in left knee. I hear a click whenever I flex the knees.This has been happening since 3 months. I feel something is building up and I always have this urge to pop the knee And Sometimes I feel mild pain below knee cap and sometimes to the sides of knee cap. In the right leg also I feel warmth above my knee. I used to run long distances before but have not run since 6 months. There was no injury also that I recall.

I've been having backache for days. The pain comes when I bend forward and do related activities. Even when I sleep the pain is there. I went to a doctor 2-3 months ago . He said I had back muscle stiffness and prescribed me medicine and told me to go to physiotherapist for back stretching and strengthening exercises. I went to physio also. Now I do back exercises though not regularly. The pain is there for so many days .

My wife is experiencing constant ache in upper neck portion from past 6 months. It's bearable though. As she is breast feeding the baby she didn't want to take any pain killers and hence didn't consider consulting a doctor. As the pain has started to bother her now she is willing to take doctor opinion. Can you Kindly advice on what needs to be done?

Hi, She is having knee pain from last 6 months.She suffered from dengi, and after that started getting knee pain.She is having jumba and arobics in her daily activities. Plz suggest me which department and doctor, I should go for treatment. As per my understanding orthopaedic is suitable for her.

Back stress in the morning after get up from the bed. It reduse when I do stretching exercises. As per the X ray report slight problem is visible at back bone.

Does it require surgery? Need crutches now to walk? Can continue martial arts?Repair or meniscectomy?

I have osteoarthritis.my doc took hydrocodone away after a yr because I ran out early this month.i can't work without them
