Bone & Muscle problems

During the start of this year I had been playing rugby, and I landed my hand in a wrong position whilst being tackled. I've ignored it because I thought it would heal itself. But now I've begun to play volleyball and my thumb has begun to hurt again. It looks like it has something to do with the joint ie its slightly poking out, but I am unsure.

Hello Doctor, My knee got injured two weeks before while playing football. It seems ligament injury. MCL in left foot of grade 2. I can walk easily now but still want some suggestions from a you to how to take care properly. And is physiotherapy will be required in this??
