Bone & Muscle problems

Hi. I'm a Firefighter Chieftain. I continued working despite of the pain for past 6 Years which is not as Chronic as Presently Now. Private Clinics aren't much of a help. I think I'm at a stage where I seeked urgent advice is a little too Late. This pain that I'm going through, can't be described, it affects me both physically & psychologically. I can't neither sleep at night, nor maintain my Temper. Lastly a soft audible (crack/ snapping) sound is heard whenever I move..

I have pain in my left leg and sever pain in my lower back and hip.it persisting more than a month and also taking Vit d3 and calcium supplement and also using lumbar sacral belt but didn't get much relief.what I do ??

Hello, my name is Emmanuel. About 4 days ago, i woke up with a pain in my MIDDLE finger (right hand). The pain is still present and I only feel it when i move my finger forwards (sharp pain) and backwards (slightly). It is most felt at the base of my finger. Is there anything to worry about? I'hv been intolerable pain in right ankle since 10 days. I have high uric acid problem.i cant even stand.i had previous 3 attack also in 3 years but it can resolve within 3 days but currently it took more than 10 days.i take allopurinol and diclofinac but didnt get relief..please consider my problem and give yours best opinion.

I have a problem of increase uric acid.Due to this pain in my leg joint. Any medecine which help to decrease acid level

* Straightening of the normal lumbar lordotic curvature, likely to be due to paraspinal muscle spasm. * Diffuse posterior intervertebral disc bulge at L4-L5 level causing thecal sac indentation and mildly abutting traversing nerve root bilaterally. * Diffuse posterior intervertebral disc bulge at L5-S1 level with focal left paracentral and foraminal protrusion causing thecal sac indentation and impinging the left traversing and exiting nerve root. Suggest - clinical correlation.

I have been having a swollen ankle for about a week, tried all type of home remedies but it has not gone. I am unable to walk properly. please advice

Pain on my right side below lower back going up to bottom and sometimes thigh. If I sit and get up Also it pains a lot

I sat in my chair weird and when I got up my knee hurt in a weird way - hurts a lot to bend and extend fully.

Yesterday,I went to weight training and did the exercise which consist of abs work. We also did some squats with weights. A few hours later my friend hit me really hard on my thigh with a broken tree branch. I didn't feel any pain till today and tried everything to get rid of it. I usually have pain after weight training but not this bad.
