I've having pain under foot last 2months of both legs what meducian i can take

I have light but continious pai in my lower side of backbone since last 2 months

One year ago I met with an accident and hurt my knee. At that time I was not able to bend my knee. I went to a physiotherapist and did a physiotherapy for some time. After that I was being able to move my knee properly, but I can't bend on my knee n sit or put any pressure on it.It pains really bad then. And then since last two months it is paining too much and I am not being able to walk longer. But I am a student and I have to walk at least 2-3kms per day.It is trubbling me a lot.

I have been having a pain in my groin for the past 2 weeks. I feel the pain mostly while sitting or bending.

Since last a month or so I am having a severe back pain whenever I take a proper sleep of 7-8 hrs or more. When I sleep less there is no problem but whenever I take proper sleep it happens. I have office desk work so I have to sit for around 9-10 hours everyday. Shifts are rotational and is night shift from last 2 months. The pain is so severe that I cannot sit up and have to sit up slowly because the pain is immense and disappears after some time to nearly an hour. History: RA from 2010 to2013.

When i bend my neck to left side i got pain from neck to through out left hand veins and when i breath i got pain in upper left of spinal.i have this problem from last one year.

Osteopenia is noticed and L5 show sacralization and T5 and L3 reveal vertical compression fractures and lumbar vertebrae suggest spondylitis

When I wake in the morning ,my ankle and foot fingers get freezed and pains for 4 -5 secs and then it gets normal . I am also having the problem of oesterprosis

Past 2weeks I have been suffering from legs pain and swelling I went to blood test ESR and CRP is very high

Foot pain for past 3 yrs. Cant stand for more than 10 mins. Cant walk for more time.
