I met with a bike accident, no external injuries, but has a knee twist, took mri and i am diagnosed with Acute complete acl rupture.
Won't acl heal itself?
Is acl reconstruction the only way, if want to do gym and sports normally I was doing before in some months?
Is the surgery normal and with less side effects?
