Membrane breaks and the fluid comes out As par the Dr. Says but there is no relief in the pain

The bones of both my legs hurt when I run for few days continuously and the pain does not go away for a few days. After a fews days for rest, it goes away but it emerges back when I start running. This problem has been there for a while. I want to run as I am trying to lose weight. Please suggest some solution.

Hi. A recent x ray taken shows that I have a bone spur near my right heel region. It could be because of the weight gain I have had over the years. I am now on a fitness and nutrition system to gradually reduce. I also wanted to consult a podiatrist who can help me get a proper inner sole to put in my shoes.

I have issue for Spur issue in my right side ankle, I went to doctor also he injected steroid, its discolored my skin, I am getting pain some times, if play cricket or any game little time getting pain on my ankle.

Hello im 26 years old female from malaysia currently staying in czech republic. i frequently feels pain at the phalanges of my right foot. sometimes i feel it on the left too but the right one are more frequent. sometimes im just sitting down studying and all of sudden i felt a sharp pain in the bone or joint im not sure. the pain is so obvious and distracting and it feels weird too so i was concerned. what is your diagnosis about this.

My vein is getting chocked near my right hip to legs. I am unable to walk for more time and not able to sleep properly. It hurts when suddenly it is getting chocked. It is same as a muscle cramp. Please help. My age is 23.

I was hit by a car 4 months ago which caused a sprained shoulder. After a month I went back to the doctor for a check up who told me to see a physiotherapist. The physio told me that if I performed the exercises they gave me, my shoulder should heal within two weeks. The shoulder did heal somewhat, but it is starting to get worse again. I was given stronger NSAIDs but they make me feel sick so I stopped taking them. Should I go back to the Doctors or will it heal if I give it time?
