I am having a back pain and also headache I can't sleep , when I am sleeping I am getting severe headache

I've been experiencing severe pain from my hip to foot. I cannot walk properly . The pain is worse during night. I encounter this problem every month. The pain comes and then it vanishes quite easily, so never took any kind of treatment. The pain gets worse after playing . Could you please tell me what causes this pain and the remedy for same ?

I am having pains in small joints like finger joints of hand & legs. Also some swelling in near by joint areas.I observed that this swelling is more in morning & due to which I am not able to walk as swelling in sole area is more painful. In blood test found C-reactive Protein is increased. This is happening from last 2-3 week. before this I was suffering from Typhoid & took the treatment of typhoid. Please advise..

I have done MRI 2 days back for my right leg knee, findings are: Grade II changes in the medial meniscus with mild medial extrusion. and Mild moderate Interstitial teat/Sprain has been observed in the reports. please advise which type of treatment I have to take.

I recently noticed it... When I'm driving with my right hand or using my computer, I get a sharp pain about a half inch below the base of my middle finger! If I press on that area, I get the same sharp pain! If this is nothing, I don't want to bother my doc about it. Just wondering what this might be... any ideas? And what should I do?

Experiencing frozen shoulder and undergoing physio therapy treatment too but not able to cure it . Have it from last 2-3 months . Pain while moving shoulder backwards.please advise asap
