I get tired easy after doing set tasks which tablets would i have to take/ i would need and how many a day will i have to take

Respected Sir I'm 48yrs old working woman. Am doing all household works on my own and go to office too. After sitting/standing for more than one hour I get severe knee pain in right leg and this pain radiates till under thigh area till calf area. Unbearable. If I sit and take rest its ok. If I sit in knee folded condition for sometime and later try to get up, unable to straighten my knee for sometime. Whats the reason.....pl explain

Some times before i have a slight bone dislocation in my right hand wrist joint and i have a plaster for 20 days after that it was fine and now after 3 months there is a crackling sound when i move my wrist and it pains slightly when i do much work through my right hand. I have also consulted some orthopedician but could not found any improvement. Kindly help me out.

I had backpain last 6months .i cant sleep eitherside pain start mild to max.so i sleep back only.i doing physio exe each one is 10.first i consult two doctors one is astro dr sskumar said nothing to worry.mri shows disc buldge and nerve compression.but i had doubt before going dr sskumar local ortho dr take xray it shows small cut on hip bone . Now he said how mri didn't show any cut in findings.so iam confuse.he said go to second opinion about mri.pls tell us suggestions
