Tailbone pain
I am suffering from tail bone pain since one year.it only occurs only when i sat in a bad posture but the pain is not bearable.the pain remains for couple of days and then automatically goes away.as because i am a student i have to sit for more than 10 to 12 hours per day not only the pain i can feel some swelling on the affected area between the hips.

Being a student, it is necessity to sit for a longer time. You can change either your posture or sitting arrangement for the better outcome. Thanks Dr. Robins Kumar
Next Steps
There is silicone gel cushion sheet in the market which can help you in longer sitting. Do general stretching exercise after every 1 hour of sitting.
