Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, My mother is suffering from severe leg pain and she is not even able to walk properly because of that. We have done MRI and it is diagnosed as some of the spinal veins are getting compressed. Kindly note below findings from the MRI report: - Lower most vertebra is labelled as L5. Whole spine screening not possible due to metallic artifact - Bilateral lysis of pedicle of L4 seen with grade I anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebra - Disk degeneration with diffuse disk bulge is seen at L4/5 levels indenting the thecal sac with bilateral foraminal encroachment causing significant compression of bilateral exiting nerve roots(Left > Right). We have consulted a physiotherapist but it did not help. what can be done next ? Is the surgery only option left ? If yes then how much safe it is ? Thanks in advance

Hello Dr. My husband was involved in an accident in 2013 and broke his right leg twice...he underwent several surgeries.. as a result the broken leg still has excrutiating pain and has become a few centimeters shorter than the normal leg, is there a procedure that can be done to fix and lengthen the leg to match his normal leg? The x-rays attached shows the broken (injured) tibia, fibula and femur. Kindly advice...

When running or walking downwards I experience extreme pain in the "vastus lateralis" muscle, I also experience pains similar to "jumpers knee." I have been to the doctor, he told me that it "might" be the meniscus, but that wouldn't explain the muscle pain. I'm currently taking Naproxen with no effect. I tried running again a couple of days ago, It went fine until i felt a small "poke" inside my knee, then the muscle started hurting again.

Hello.... I'm 30 yrs old... There was viral fever was going on home last month.. even I was having body pain at that time, after 15 days I'm still having body pains and now I'm having dizziness, fatigue, feeling as if I will faint or I will vomit but I'm not getting vomitting and have shivering and headache while I go to bed, and while I wake up I will pain in my legs especially in my toes.. can you suggest what shud I do
